I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Sanford, Fayetteville, Apex, Raleigh, Cary, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Pittsboro, Southern Pines and Pinehurst.

Personal
My interest has always gravitated towards GREAT Real Estate. I was born in East Tennesse right outside of Boone, NC, due to my husband's military career, I have had the privilege of living in many different states in addition to residing in Japan for four years.
My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school, church and athletics.
I realize the importance of family and great neighborhoods, schools, etc. My life pretty much revolves around my two beautiful girls, Kaitlyn, who is in second grade and Kali, who is starting kindergarten.
I have always had an eye for extraordinary Real Estate with "good basics."
I am a real estate consultant, and my purpose is for my clients to be so outrageously happy with the help I provide them that they will gladly introduce me to at least two people they really care about before I even sell their home or help them buy a home.
My three roles are:

1) I am a consultant
2) I am a negotiator
3) I am an overseer of the transactional details

I am very proud of what I do and I put my all into it.
